Can't download tasks via Outlook

I saw that this was posted before but there didn't seem to be a resolution.

The outlook link to project server was working fine during testing.
Recently, one of our users can no longer download their tasks. They recieve
the following error: "Login Failed".

We've tried changing the settings in server/outlook from Windows Login to
Project Login but it wouldn't work.

The user can log in to PWA with out issue, it's just the Outlook componant.

Note: When this user logs in via Web Access, thier tasks are not showing
up. Don't know if this is related. We've quadruple checked the login's,
email address, etc.

We figured this out. The project server address needed to be set up as a
trusted site in Explorer.
