Can't drag 'n drop emails to certain folders

I've got a rather interesting issue going on here. Basically, when I receive
emails and want to move them to other folders, I generally just drag and drop
them into the appropriate folders in the folder view. This works for 95% of
the folders, but for a couple of them, I can't drag and drop (I get a black
circle with a line through it when the cursor is over those folders). Here's
the real kicker, though: when I right-click on the email and choose Move To
Folder.... and choose the same folder I can't drag and drop to, it'll work.

Got any ideas on this one? It's more of an annoyance than anything, but if
it's something easily fixed, I might as well fix it, right?

And what folders are those? What version of Outlook? Exchange or PST?
