Hello

I like to be able to use the 'duplicate contact' function in order to minimise the amount of rekeying when logging contacts from the same company. This worked fine under Entourage X but since upgrading to Leopard and Entourage 2004 I now always get a message saying that the action can't be performed due to a 16006 error.

Any thoughts on a solution? Thanks in anticipation

First test in a new Identity to see if it's database corruption. If that
fails, try in a new User. Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in
Accounts. Switch to the New User by logging out/in or use Fast User
Switching. Test Entourage there. (make sure you create some sample contacts
and emails for testing. Drag these to the Shared folder for access.)

We don't have 16006 listed, but we do have two errors close in number. Often
errors close in number have similar solutions.
