Cant E Mail Report ?

I am trying to E Mail a report using a macro. The other reports I have work
fine, but this report will not work.
The macro uses a sendobject action with object type as report and object
name is estimate (Name of Report)
output format is Rich Text Format.
Why do the other (2) Reports E Mail fine and this does not ?
It says the Command or action 'output to' isnt availabe now.
