Hi,
I tried posting this question last week, but it was deleted for some reason
with no reply.
As per many posts here, I have a recurring problem in that every once in a
while I can no longer edit my Word documents, and then Word crashes when I
try to exit.
-This is a registered copy of Word
-The documents I am working on are saved locally
-I do not have an HP PhotoSmart Prrinter selected as default (HP 2200 is
what I do have as default).
In the past the advice I got from terry was to delete the Word DataKey,
however I've lost the instructions on how to do this. I'd be most
appreciative of your help; to I navigate to the Word DataKey, which looks
like an empty folder, and then just delete it (ie the folder itself)?
Thank you kindly.
