Can't Edit Documents Despite Being Charged

I was charged for renewing my subscription.

I might have used another email account, but everything else remains the same.

I am completely stuck as I cannot edit any documents despite being charged.

Did you create an account with a different email and want to use Office on a different account?

I don't understand.
