can't edit the remaining work at PWA

dear All

I have this problem:
1. I enter my timesheet and save
2. Then I import timesheet
3. I edit the remaining work to 0 hr , because I have done this task for 5hr
(planned : 8hr). Yesterday, I can do that, but today I can't save. The error
message is : New finish date must occur after start date and between 1/1/1984
and 12/31/2049

How could it be?
