has windows 2000 and Office 2000 on a Dell Optiplex GX150. If you send email
to a small group of people the email goes out fine but if there is numerous
recipients then you get a return email with the following message under each
email " No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient"
She is choosing all the addresses manually from the address book. If she
sends the email with only a few at a time it will send but not if she does
all at once. Is there a limit to the number of email addresses in the to
field? This is a government office that has to email 400 people and sending
it few at a time can take time.
