can't email from publisher

I created a newsletter in publisher that I want to email from Outlook- not as
an attachment. The drop menu allow for this option but then I get an error
message that reads: Publisher cannot mail your publication because part of
the mail system is missing. Reinstall your program and try again.

I am using Publisher 2002 and just installed Office 2007 today. Still
getting message.

Outlook and Publisher versions have to match. You best solution is a PDF.
There are free converters around.

The publisher document I created has hot links, when I convert that to a PDF the hotlinks no longer operate. Is there a way with the conversion to protect the hotlinks?

What converter are you using? If you use Acrobat there is an hyperlink tool. I
don't know how the other converters work, some you will have to type the
complete path, for example http://www.google.com/ or (e-mail address removed)

If you compose your document in Word you can use the Microsoft save as a PDF
utility.

The save as PDF works with 2007 Office products.
