Can't email newly created form InfoPath 2003

I am new to InfoPath. I created my first form, but I can't email it. People
get an error "access denied to open form templates from the internet..."
People can open it from a shared drive and I have uploaded it to a
sharepoint, but I can't seem to publish it directly to the sharepoint either.
Thoughts on something I might doing wrong?

Hi,

Can you verify that, Do you have write permissions in the Sharepoint?
