Can't enable Korean IME in Office 2003

Desperate

I tried to install korean using "Regional and Language Option" but everytime
it shows "Windows could not properly load the Korean - Korean Input System
(MS-IME2002 keyboard layout."
Do you know how I can properly load korean input system?
