Cant enable/start COM Add In

Hi!
I'm developing a COM Add In in .Net 2003. After many successful
installations and unistallations, I have a problem when by mistake in
installation process I started my Outlook and after that the Add-In in the
Add-In configuration screen cannot be saved as active ("V" in check-box is
not preserved).
After system restore and reinstallation of my Add-In, the problem disapper.
How can I prevent from this happening? And if this happend, how can I fix it
without system restore.

Help, About Microsoft Outlook, Disabled Items button. Highlight it, click
Enable, exit and restart Outlook.

The disabled items are stored in a hash in the registry, without removing
all which is not a good idea, there's no way to identify one disabled item
from another.

Avoid crashes, handle all errors to try to avoid the problem. However, there
are times when running addins might get disabled and it's not their fault,
usually due to some A-V software.
