All of a sudden I am no longer able to exchange information with Outlook 2003
Calendar and my Treo 700-P. I get an when I run "Detect and Repair"
C:\windows\inf\getplusso.inf.

The other message i recieved was "Error while archiving folder Calendar in
store Personal Folder C:Documents and settings\application data\Microsoft\
outlook.pst.

I worked with Palm technical support and they said it was an Outlook problem.
What do I do to fix this?

What happened just before "all of a sudden"?

What product did you install that has something like that in its name? Try
reinstalling that.

See if you can address the other problems and this one may sort itself out.

-- I ran Outlook detect and repair and got the following message:

Error 1311 Source file not found: CC:\MSOCache\all
users\990000409-6000-11D3-8cfe-0150048383c9\P2561401.cab. Verify that the
file exists and that you can access it.

Thanks for your assistance.

The problem started about a month ago. I have not downloaded any
software other than an Adobe update and Microsoft Updates.

I'd be very surprised if the adobe updates contributed to this, but I'd
recommend changing your Windows Update settings to allow you to choose
whether or not to install updates. That way you can test them one at a time
and back out any that seem to affect your PC adversely.
I ran search and did not find anything under "getplusso" or
"plusso".

Perhaps I wasn't specific. Look in Add or Remove Programs and see if there
is any application that resembles that name.

Insert your Office CD and run Setup there. You should be presented with an
option to repair the installation. It sounds like the Office 2003
installation cache (the MSOCache folder) may have been damaged. You could
try using the Windows Cleanup Wizard (Start>All Programs>Accessories>System
Tools>Disk Cleanup) to remove the MSOCache and try the repair again if the
first repair doesn't succeed. Never delete the folder with Windows
Explorer.
