Cant exit design mode because control 'nameofConrol' can not be created

I am developing macro solutions for ms word. On deploying these solutions, 1
client came back with the following error whilst opening the document

' can't exit design mode bacuse control 'nameofControl' can not be created.

I have looked for a solution to this problem, with still no resolve, so i
would be grateful if somebody could give me some insight into this error,
and any suggestions of correcting this errors.
