can't exit design mode because...

I'm having a new problem, I had a corruption problem and
at the suggestion of someone else in the Document
Management group I saved my doc in Html and resaved it
in .Doc. It worked, my document shrank down to it's
original size but now I'm getting an error when it loads:
"Can't exit design mode because control 'd4label' cannot
be created."
I have a label thats named d4label1 but not d4label. I
searched all my code for any mention of 'd4label' but
found none and I don't have anything listed in my library
as 'd4label'. How can I fix this? I'm not sure what's
causing it but this is the last problem to fix before my
Doc goes out so I'm anxious to get it fixed!
