Cant export business history

Ihave BCMv2 and am trying to export to a CSV file for import into Entourage.
I t appears to be exporting all main fields but not my business history -
phone log, notes etc. Help? Thanks in advance.
(If this post repeats, I apologize, the first one does not appear to have
posted.)
