can't export to excel

Hello Everybody...
I have a PC with spesification =
Operating System = Microsoft Xp
Application program = Microsoft Office 2000
and I make database program use Ms. Access 2000
But, while I want export my data program to Excel, the program cannot
export. But doesn't appear
anything in the screen ( no error message in screen). Just silent. Computer
don't did anything.
Before, I use Windows 98 SE can run normally. The pogram can export to excel
normally.
I have searched in internet about the error but I doesn't find.
Please, anybody can help me....?
