Can't figure our what is wrong

I keep getting the following error messages. Does anyone
know what might be wrong? It is happening in Word and
Outlook.

VMM (12) + 00001A77 Error: OE : 0028 : CO280A77

and

VMM (01) + 000132CA Error: OD + 0028 : COO142CA

Any help would be appreciated. This is frustrating.
