Can't figure out what happened to my MSN email

It was just fine as of 8/24/04...Now I get this error message.

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your User Name was rejected. Account: 'MSN', Server: 'pop3.email.msn.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR command not implemented', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC91

I just can't figure out what happened.
The user ID and password hasn't been altered or changed.
