can't find attachment saved in temp directory

I recently opened a jpg attachment to view it with the windows viewer. Now
it is saved in a temporary folder on the C drive called
C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLK19
When I go to the "\Temporary Internet" directory I can not locate the
folder called OLK19. I have done searches for all files (including hidden
files) and can not find it. My view folder preferences are set to view all
files and folders, and I still can not see this folder. When I search for
the file by name, I still can not find it. When I go to another email and
open an attachment (any email, any attachment) in the windows viewer I can
click the "next image" button and I can see the image, but I can not access
it any other way. Any ideas?

Open Windows Explorer. In the Address field, enter:

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK19

and click Go. Temporary Internet Files is a special folder and Windows
Explorer won't display its contents in the same way it does an ordinary
folder. You can, however, tell Explorer to show you the contents of one of
its subfolders, provided you explicitly name the subfolder, as in my
instructions.
