I have migrated from an old computer 98 to a new computer XP using AlohaBob
PC relocator. When I try to send email from the Internet I receive this
message. Ay suggestions?

Double check the pathname for Outlook and try setting it here in the
registry:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mailto

There are a couple of places in that key that you may need to change it.

Reinstall Outlook. I suspect AlohaBob hula'd around some registry settings.

or at least create a new profile, although moving between windows 98 and
windows xp can result in many misdirected files and reinstalling is often
much easier in the end.
