Can't find Constraints when right-clicking design grid.

I am struggling slightly with trying to create validation rules data
in a new table, I’ve found an article that can hopefully help me
figure it out however I cannot find the thing it’s talking about in
the article!

In step 2 of the article, it says to ‘Right click on the Design grid,
and then select Constraints’ but I am totally stuck as I can’t find
the Constraints part.

Can anyone shed any light?

The article is specific to ADPs. Are you working in an ADP?
