Can't find .dll file to start Outlook 2002

Help! Twice now my Outlook has crumped with the following error message

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured

The last fix isn't working on this one. Now I can't even open Outlook with anything other than desktop folders

Recreate your mail profile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...

Are you switching back and forward between Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002?

hello

I met the same problem as Norm. My OS: WinXP English edition; Office:
Windows OfficeXP (Simple Chinese edition). The other office tools are all ok

Pls. offer me a solution about it. Thks!
