CAN'T FIND DOWNLOAD

T

TOMHIL

I just bought and downloaded Office through my wife's work Home Use Program
and it never installed. Now we can't find the download on the computer to
install it. Does anyone know where we could find it? It did download but
then a little boxed appeared asking for a user name and password. Since we
don't have that I closed it and then it all closed. It appears you can only
download it once and that's it.

Normally that is the correct answer but I'm fairly certain that because it's
the Home Use program, they must go through the wife's employer's IT
department. One of the prices you have to pay for getting Office for $20.
(My employer offers it as well.)

Well then, the OP will find out fast enough when he calls and cannot substantiate
the VL number

Thanks JoAnn

It's tempting to pay the $20 and then find out for myself. I *know* what our
IT dept would say though - "Huh??"
