Can't find file to complete XP Service Pak 3

Trying to install XP Service Pak 3, but get message to insert Microsoft 2002
Disk. I have tried inserting Office XP, Publisher XP, Front page XP, and XP
Operating System disk, Apparently the file OUTRET.MSI is not there. Anybody
help me find this file? My computer wants to update, but I don't have a clue
where it is. And, I don't use Outlook for anything other than to keep my Dell
Axim updated (pocket PC) In fact, is there a contradiction here?
