can't find mailbox error

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I am getting the error - entourage could not find a mailbox for the user - when trying to connect to another users calendar.

The permissions have been verified as correct for the shared calendar directly on the exchange server.

Help.
