Hello there,
I fully and successfully installed "Microsoft Office XP with FrontPage" but
I can't find
the library "microsoft.office.interop.word.dll" anywhere.
This is my first endeavor at coding for Word so I'm not sure if I'm on the
right track...
I want to generate a Word document from .net code - a template of some sort
into which I can
dynamically insert text. A simplified example: the template has the fields
Name, Date of birth.
The .net code reads those values somewhere and inserts them into the
document.
Am I on the right track - or should I be using xml or something?
I have to start soon but I don't know which is the appropriate method for
the job.
thanx
