Can't find my business contacts to import

My computer crashed with a virus, and I had to re-install all my programs on
a new hard drive. I still have my old hard drive with all my files, and I
need to import my business contacts from the old drive into my newly
installed Outlook on the new hard drive. I had no problem finding my .pst
file to import my regular contacts over, but I now NEED to get my business
contacts into Outlook. HELP!!!

P.S. I already searched my entire old hard drive for .bcm files, and there
is nothing.

Hi, Thank you ! I found the ldf and mdf files, but still can't figure out how
to import them... I've tried to use File/Import and Export feature, but can
not get it to let me point to the ldf and mdf files. Can you help?
