Can't find Newsreader toolbar button.

I wanted to add the News button to the Go menu, so I followed the on-line
help to do this. Unfortunately, when I dragged the News button out of the
toolbar customizer dialog, I put it on the wrong menu. So..., I dragged the
News button off of the menu to put it back. However, now the button is
totally gone and can't be added anywhere. It is no longer in the toolbar
customizer. Can someone tell me how to locate the News Toolbar button so I
can add it to the Go menu?

I'm sorry. I was not specific in my original message. I was referring to
doing this in Outlook 2003.

A Help, Detect and Repair in any Office 2003 application may restore the
News item.

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.

You may need to reset the Menu Bar and/or restart Outlook and/or reboot your
machine in order to complete the process. Not everyone is reporting success
with this method, but try it and see what happens. If all else fails, you
can always create a desktop shortcut to Outlook Express and include the
/outnews switch -- that gives you the same result as accessing the
newsreader via the News command in Outlook.
