Frustrated

Dell Technician replaced hard drive on computer and I reinstalled programs.
Tried to reinstall Office XP from CD [provided upon purchase. Installation
showed "completed successfully", however, when I open up Office all I have is
clip art. Unable to locate Excel, Word, etc.
I'm a not a computer guru and I can't figure out what to do next. Have been
on the phone with Dell until 4 in the morning and need some fresh ideas.

Start -> Search

then "excel.exe"
then "winword.exe"

it should find it, and that means it was installed.

if it is there, what you might have done is install it to one person's
account and
it isn't showing up on the account you are logged into right now.
