can't find one note beta technical refresh

I updated office, but in the subscriber downloads I couldn't find one note.
Can somebody clue me in?

Did you have OneNote 2007 Beta 2 installed prior to installing the
Office 2007 B2TR patch? If yes, then you are good to go. That patch
takes care of ON as well. You can verify this in Help, About. The
version string should read 12.0.4007 for B2TR.
