Repeat, it does not work without Exchange server. It will not appear if you
are using only POP3 mail or IMAP or any other mail account that the Exchange
server admin did not create for you.
Also, Outlook/Office 2003 will not work on Windows 98. It will only work on
NT versions of Windows, specifically Windows 2000 and XP (Win2k must be at
SP-3 level as well.)
