Can't find Picture Manager

I have used Microsoft Picture Manager previously on this computer, but not
cannot even find the program. How do I get it back or find it?

Start - Programs - Microsoft Office - Microsoft Office Tools - Microsoft
Office Picture Manager

I had done that previously, also did the search box and it wouldn't show up.
Last night I did >my computer>explore>Microsoft Office>Microsoft Office Tools
it finally showed up. I don't know why it wasn't listed from search. Thank
you though for answering
