Can't find Project Schedule in Visio Standard 2003 SP2

Hi, I am trying to make a timeline in Visio Standard 2003 SP2, which
requires opening a Project Schedule. However, "Project Schedule" is
missing from my "File -> New" menu.

I can find the timeline shapes, but if I right-click a timeline, the
"Configure Timeline" option does not do anything. This might be due to
the fact that I'm not in a Project Schedule? Is there something wrong
with my Visio?

where project schedule is supported on standard, what most people miss is
that you also have to install project. I didn't think that applied to
timeline as well.

Do you have project installed?
