Can't Find RunSavedImportExport Action

I want to write a macro that automatically runs 4 Saved Exports.

I can't find "RunSavedImportExport" on the drop-down list of actions.

Help tells me this action will not be allowed if the database is not
trusted. I created the database. I'm the owner. It's on my local hard
drive. When I open it, I "enable" macros. I've even tried opening up all
macros to run in the Trust Center. Still, I don't see "RunSavedImportExport"
on the drop-down list of actions.

Help!
