Can't find STYLE feature to change background color in Outlook?

I'd like to change my Outlook (background) color to a light green.... the
HELP features refers me to a STYLE listing which I cannot locate.

HELP! please.... Thanks!

The Outlook windows backgrounds (except for the Calendar) will follow
whatever settings you have for Windows theme colors.
