Can't find the HTML coding in publisher

I made a site in publisher and it works just fine, but I can't seem to find
where I can access the HTML code so I could add things such as embed a video
or paste and copy a html code (like a birthday ticker) to my website. I only
have the design aspect of it, and not able to switch over to HTML mode when I
am working on it.

Publisher is not an html editor so you cannot get at the html with
Publisher.

You can add Code Fragments (Insert | HTML Code Fragments) but you are
limited to the within <body> tags.
