Hello...this is very weird and I havent been able to find anything on the net
in regards to it.
Running Microsoft Office with Outlook 2003 SP3.
Exchange 2003 on SBS2003.
Only 6 user on the domain.
Flags are a tool they use daily in order to track messages, and they use
multiple colors to do so. However, at any given point during the day one or
more of the users try to color the message (with the Flag) and they are not
able to do it. The only thing they can do is close exit Outlook and open it
back up again. Then, they can color (select the Flag) the message.
It usually happens with messages that have a couple of attachments (.pdf)
but they are not big attached files. It also happens with messages without
the attachements, but this is only a small percentage of the occurrences.
Any help or ideas on resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.
