Can't follow hyperlinks

I have a person who is using Outlook 2003. When he receives a message
with a hyperlink in the body of the message, it is showing up as a link
(blue and underlined) and when you move the mouse over it the link it
changes to the pointing hand, but when you click - nothing happens?

Anyone have an idea how to correct this?

Have they installed Office 2003 Service Pack 2? The items in question might
have their links disabled by the phishing-block features in SP2

I'll go check and see. How would I disable that feature if it is the
problem?

Yes, he does have Office SP2 installed. How do I re-enable this feature?
I'm sure that it is some registry edit.
