can't format picture in right hand column

When using a two column newsletter format and inserting a photo in right hand
column when I try to format to left, right or center it always moves the
photo to the left hand column. What am I doing wrong? I want the photo in
the right hand column but left justified.

If the picture is In Line with Text, you can use the ordinary text alignment
commands (Ctrl+L, Ctrl+E, Ctrl+R). If you have to use Format | Picture |
Layout | Advanced, then probably the picture is wrapped, and the process
becomes much more involved.
