Can't forward messages in public folders

In Entourage 2004 I could forward messages in public folders. It was
available in the tool bar. In Entourage 2008 the forward button is
gone when you're looking at messages in a public folder.. So is the
forward option in the contextual menu. I've hunted in the "Customize
Toolbar" sheet and through the preferences, but I can't find the
forward option. Am I just missing something, or did MS just decide we
really don't need to forward stuff.

Can you forward it as an attachment? Are you able to open a new mail
message and then drag the one from the public folder into the new one?
