Cant forward pics

Hi all...I need help
When I receive pictures and try to FORWARD them....using Outlook express
they do not get sent.
The message goes out but the pics are not showing at destination.
Can someone tell me how to fix that

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
