Can't get an Embedded Image to work properly.

I am building a staff database that needs to have the image of the
person showing along with their information. I can do this as a link but I
have
tried getting the OLE to work properly and not sure where I'm failing. I
converted all images to *.bmp and have them embedded but they don't show up
on the main form.

If I click the "Add Photo" button I have and then move the database or
images it breaks the link fo the image. Can I embedd the object and have the
image show up in the form and be able to pack it so I can move it to
different areas? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
