Can't get in database

After setting some security permissions, OR after changing
menu options in the startup menu (I did both so I don't
know which created this problem) I can not get into the
background of my database. I can only see the startup
form and the records associated with it. I can not get to
the tables or anything else except to close the database.

Either hold shift while opening the file or press F11 after opening the file.

I found the answer on one of the other boards. Shift key
when you open the database will allow you back into the
startup procedures where I reset the CORRECT menu options.
