Can't get "in" to text in org chart shape to edit text

I have Visio Pro 2002. When I double-click on the text in a shape in order to
edit text, nothing happens. The shapes are not grouped.

This behaviour can be omitted from a shape by design.
Check the Format / Behavior / Double-Click
