Can't get install to run

I also got the full version of Office Pro 2007 at the event today. I
downloaded the 2 files and try to run the one X13-40150.exe

It will not run and comes back with an error that it isn't a win32 program.
What am I doing wrong?

I have finally been able to download the full file: X12-30196. The problem
now is that the file is not a .exe file and won't execute. Is there
something I can do to make it work like rename it to an .exe file?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
