Cant get into my own database.

I was gonne update something, and needed to be alone on the DB to do the
update. While I had restricted the other users from using the db my computer
crashed and now I get the message " I dont have permission to run this db"
when trying to log in with the admin password. Is there any other way I can
get in ?

How did you restrict the other users from using the database, before
everything crashed? Are you able to compact the database?
