I am using Outlook 2007 with Windows XP Pro SP 2. I have my emails sent from
a couple of email addresses to a hosted exchange server (4smartphone) so it
can be "pushed" to my handheld.
In my Junk E-Mail folder, I keep telling OL 2007 to change details on the
View, and that certain email is NOT JUNK, yet it keeps getting put in my junk
folder.
I want to have my email in each folder sorted by day, but NOT arranged in
groups. I keep changing this; but the next day, if I have junk emails from
two different days, I get them displayed in Groups (of specific days
received). How do I get this to stick?
On the not junk email problem, I keep finding email sent from legitimate
sources; I tell it it is not junk, get a dialog box asking if it should
always trust email From whoever the sender was; and usually asking if it
should trust email sent To any other recipients. Then, the next email from
some of these senders gets sent to junk. How do I get OL to remember this
info?
