Can't get Outlook integration to work at all

I've tried install from 2 machines. I've added the required info and tested
connections under Tools-> Options->Project Web Access. When I try to import
new assignments, I get the folllowing error: A security problem occured. The
s ite may mayhave an invalid security certificate. Please contact your
server administrator for futher assistance.

I've entirely removed the application and re added it. I've also removed
the COM and re - added that as well. Any suggestions?
