Can't get rid of phantom delegate

D

Denis

User A once had a delegate, User B, who had rights to User A's Inbox and
Calendar. User B is no longer here; her AD account is deleted, her mailbox
is gone, and in Outlook, she has been removed from User A's delegate list.

However, if someone sends an Appointment Request to User A, the sender
receives an error message -

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

/O=domain/OU=domain ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN="User A" on
4/16/2009 8:24 AM

User A does not appear anywhere in our Active Directory; how can I get rid
of this message?

This would be better asked in the Exchange group. An Exchange
administrator will need to purge the stubborn delegate from the
active directory using ESM and/or ADSI Edit.
